Sales Support Representative - Direct Hire

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support both service and inside sales activities. This role combines customer communication, account support, and sales coordination in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Job Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers select products, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Manage service requests, including returns, repairs, and warranty support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Support distribution partners with quotes, lead times, and order-related questions
  • Build relationships with partners and follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts, including product recommendations and outreach
  • Enter and track leads, maintain pipeline activity, and keep records up to date
  • Provide backup support for order processing as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and partners over the phone
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica a plus) and customer support tools
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Pay Range: $23-24/hr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm
